At Soulful Prana, we are committed to providing high-quality healing services. We understand that emergencies can arise, and in such cases, we will offer a refund under the following conditions:
Emergency Situations: ​

Refunds will only be issued if the patient is unable to attend the healing session due to a verified emergency and is also unable to reschedule the session. This includes situations such as a medical crisis or other unforeseen serious events. Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Soulful Prana.
Notification and Timing:

To qualify for a refund, you must notify us at least 60 minutes before the scheduled session with the details of the emergency. This is because the energies involved in Pranic Healing are priceless, and we only charge for the time of our healers. Refund requests made less than 60 minutes before the session's start time will not be eligible.
Processing Refunds:

Once the emergency is confirmed, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
Please note that refunds will not be granted for any other reasons. We encourage you to carefully consider your commitment before booking a session.
